We can plan your entire trip or simply review your plans to make sure your ideas are „doable.

When you first call us, we will be happy to discuss your plans for 15 minutes at no charge so that we can understand what you are looking for and to explain what we have to offer. There are typically three outcomes: [1] we may refer you to one of our published itineraries for your review, [2] we may recommend customizing an itinerary for your specifics needs, or [3] we may suggest that we set up an appointment for a trip planning consultation. If a trip planning consultation is recommended, we will ask you to complete a travel survey to facilitate our consultation and a discussion time will be set. We do ask that you pay the minimum consultation fee prior to our appointment.

FEE STRUCTURE. Our consulting fees are $100 an hour plus expenses; additional time is billed in 15 minute increments. Usually one to 1-1/2 hours is sufficient for client needs.
