FEE STRUCTURE. Our fee structure varies depending on the number of the people traveling and whether you choose to adjust one of our published itineraries or wish to have us create an itinerary just for you.

• For independent travel (1-9 travelers)
- To provide a price quote for one of our published itineraries: no charge.
- To adjust one of our published itineraries, i.e., adding or subtracting travel days, up/downgrading services: $50 fee.
- To customize a new itinerary and proposal, the consultation fee, if applicable, plus a non-refundable deposit from $350*

• For customizing group travel (10+ travelers)
- To provide a price quote for one of our published itineraries: no charge.
- To adjust one of our published itineraries, i.e., adding or subtracting travel days, up/downgrading services: no charge.
- To provide a price quote for specific requested services: no charge
- To customize a new itinerary and proposal: preliminary non-refundable deposit from $500*

*Amount varies depending on the length and complexity of the itinerary and services requested. This amount includes one revision. Each additional revision will accrue a fee of not less than $50.
